Kevin was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair options. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was fixed properly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. I really appreciated how respectful he was of the space and how clean he left the area after the repair. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. H2O Plumbing is SO great. They responded immediately to my broken water heater, then found the ideal replacement within hours , and had their installer - Kevin- here the following day . Kevin was so efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I can’t recommend him, and this company enough ❗️I did business with them 9 years ago to buy a new water heater- and raved about them then. Very quality company .
