James was amazing. He pressure washed my driveway, porch, walkway and pool deck as well as a soft wash of my entire house and windows at a reasonable fee. There were other projects being done around the property and James was kind enough to work around the other contractors schedule. Once he arrived the job was done extremely professionally and in a timely fashion. The finished product definitely exceeded expectations. In fact I'm planning on having H2O Wash Pros return to clean my deck and patio.

For months I put off the project of having my exterior siding & patio washed, with not knowing who to use and getting a bit “burned” in the past from using larger companies i found on google for similar home upkeep projects. I downloaded Thumbtack & reached out to James (admittedly at the time I considered it more as taking a gamble!) The gamble paid off. James responded very quickly, called me with a price quote that same day and I was happy when I asked if he did gutter cleaning too, because he did! We booked the appointment for the next day. The experience of working with Jim has been top notch start to finish. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided an estimate within 24 hours and has the right tools to get the job done right. Ive had my property power washed 3 times over the years and Jim’s work was far superior. He power washed, replaced the sand and added a sealant. The patio looks better than the day I moved in. If you care about quality for a fair price, you found the place.
