Joe and the office staff were communicative and answered my questions about the process (financing to completion). Mason and his team did an excellent job with my French drain. They were courteous and were able to answer any questions I had about the process and how the drain functions. I recommend H20 Waterproofing!

Eric came out and look at my foundation one week and the next week they were out fixing it! I had solider beams installed in my basement and they did a wonderful job! They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and informed me of all the things happening. HIGHLY recommend!

In 2018 we had a water problem on our patio. We called H2O and Eric came out diagnosed the problem which they fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Earlier this year the problem came back and based on our prior experience we called H20 again. They sent a young man out who convinced us that the problem we had required a completely different solution than what had previously been done. We agreed to let them do the new solution for around $2500. Not only did it not solve the problem it made it worse. We called them and Eric came back and said all that needed to be done was to flush out what was done in 2018 and that was done along with undoing the new solution. It solved the original problem but created a new problem. I called them back time after time but couldn’t get them to call

We had several quotes for work on our house’s flooding and drainage issues. H2o came in at a much lower price. The work was completed in a timely fashion despite tons of rain and unforeseen issues they had to deal with. No water has entered my house or garage since they completed the work. Very happy with the result and highly recommend this company.
