Habitat for Humanity ReStore Eugene

This store is wonderfully organized and full of treasures. We found 2 nice doors, a beautiful antique wooden double bedstead and 7 intake filters to put to good use. Total cost was $74.25!!! The best part of shopping here is supporting an amazing organization. Thank you Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter.

Good place, good stuff, good people but their new pricing model where they price it high and then let the tag color discount it over time makes it a less worthwhile visit. I used to give it a quick look on the way to Lowes or Jerry's or whatever but now the turnover seems slower and the prices seem higher, a bit less worth bothering. I'm entertained by building new things out of old stuff so I'm sure I'll keep going, but not as often.

Shopping at Habitat enables housing to be built for people in need. Spending your money here also counts as a good deed. Win-win for everyone. The stock varies by whatever people donate. I've bought tools, wood, and a flat file cabinet to name just a few things that I needed. The staff are friendly and helpful.
