First let me know that the staff here are amazing and the customer service is great. I used to love coming to this Habitat. You could find great deals while also supporting the community. Not sure what happened, but over the last year the prices have gone up drastically, far beyond what seems reasonable. Price increases might make sense if the quality of the items had improved, but that has not been the case. Most of the furniture now is old and dated, and the inventory rarely refreshes because people simply are not buying items at these higher prices. There is no reason a used desk should be listed at $300, a generic Target-style photo and frame priced at $30, or a dining room table at $175. I recommend this to everyone out there! The employees are the sweetest! I wanted to buy a white desk for my daughter to study, and he offered it for $10 dollars! He helped me take it to the front desk to pay and the cashier was so sweet! They even insisted to put in the trunk of my car! I would definitely go back!

We planned ahead for them to pick up great furniture to sell in their store. They called us and told us they have driver issues with the storm and need to move us to Friday. That was a lie ….they were moving us to accommodate the people from Monday and Tuesday that didn’t plan ahead like us and realize there was no way we would have a pick up those days. They literally told us their driver couldn’t get in and when we called back to question this they told us they moved us for the people from Monday and Tuesday. They then told us they couldn’t give us our appointment time. So now we are renting a truck and taking our furniture because we are at the last minute to the dump. They told us they didn’t care if they received our furniture. We PLANNED AHEAD because of the storm and they SCREWED US

I love this habitat! We got a gorgeous 19th century hand carved camphor Chinese chest and a 19th century marble top demilune with secret compartments that is stunning! I love this place so much we’re actually about to go there now to find a hutch for a coffee bar! Prices are extremely good here!

First of all, I need to praise the amazing customer service and experience I encounter which blew me away. Gentleman who may or may not be the Manager went above and beyond to help me . Amazing customer service . All of the people that I interacted with went above and beyond …. Must check it out!
