Horrible employees in your company vehicles. 4/1/25 7:57am south bound on 7th Ave. Your careless employee disregarded traffic laws and almost cause a rear end collision (his fault) because he can’t control his little emotions. Every move he made was dangerous and unlawful, evidence that HACI has low standards for their employees. I hope he doesn’t hurt anyone on the road because he’s so sensitive.

Incredibly dangerous driver. Tailgating, swerving and speeding in a large delivery vehicle.

Sought them out for a commercial bid. Over a 10 day period I left two messages on their vm, spoke to service dispatch who said they would have someone call me back, sent a request on the contact form on their website. Nothing, NADA! Obviously if you can't even return calls or messages there is no way on God's Green Earth that I want to do business with you.

Driver unsafe and not courteous. Almost ran me off the road because I wasn't driving fast enough for him. I do a lot of business with HVAC in the east valley and definitely will never call these folks.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. They were able to work with our schedule and send out a great tech on short notice. Much appreciated their services!
