Eric has been our plumber for several years now and we couldn't be happier. He goes the extra mile. He is prompt, courteous, has a great work ethic, is professional, and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend Eric for all your plumbing needs! He is also reasonably priced.

In my experience with Hackel Plumbing, I was extremely disappointed!! Eric was not courteous or respectful with me. He quoted me one price, and charged me a higher price. He demanded full payment before starting the job. He did not professionally conceal plumbing connections or lines. He did not support vertical lines. He did not consult with me prior to leaving lines exposed next to my water heater. He was not responsive to returning calls or emails. He did not clean up his mess when finished. He left piles of sawdust on my bathroom floor, and under every hole he drilled. And finally, he had a bad attitude with me from the start. I will have to have another plumber fill in the holes he left, support vertical lines, and have the exposed lines next to water heater put back into the wall whe

Problems usually don’t happen at an “opportune time”. Eric responded in our time of need at 5 PM on a Sunday and fixed our problem. Kind, courteous, responsive, professional. We cannot thank him enough. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent service. Eric completely replaced all our old plastic plumbing with PEX as well all hook ups for a utility sink and washer hookups with shutoffs. All done expertly and with efficiency. Eric is a pleasant person to work with and his can do attitude makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Deep thanks Eric!
