We used Wausau Homes/Northern Advantage builders to build our forever home, so it was natural to have the Schoone team take care of our grading, landscaping and rock work. An outstanding experience start to finish. They have wonderful staff in the office and the field. Friendly, respectful, and extremely talented in the field. We highly recommend their services.

They were subcontracted for a job, and our septic contractor didn’t communicate with us what Schoone was doing in the process. The owner came out to make sure everything was done as contracted and showed us the paperwork of what they were subcontracted for. Professional and cared about making sure they did the job properly.

We contacted Luke Schoone last summer to repair our gravel driveway. Luke and crew were highly responsive, professional, detailed, and completed our project on time and within our budget. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again if necessary.

Last Spring Luke and his team did a nice job excavating and site prep work for our new 24 X 24 concrete slab / pole barn garage in the Lake Tomahawk area. They did the work timely and in a professional manner at a fair cost. Three years earlier Schoone also did the excavation and site prep work on our new home as well. Great people to work with! We had Greg build our house 6 years ago and it went very smooth from site planning to completion. They also worked with us to incorporate boulder landscape walls to enhance and stabilize our walkout grading plan due to the sandy soils. Topsoil for the yard and stone for the driveway were also brought in. Last year, we expanded to include a 30x64 outbuilding. Luke and his crew came out and cleared the stumps, brought in fill, and compacted a pad. He worked with us and the post frame contractor on winter timing / road limits to make sure there were no scheduling delays. I would definitely recommend these guys for earthwork and Wausau homes.
