Fast service with good results. Several attempts to upsell services, which we declined. Three large oriental rugs cleaned for just under $1K. A deposit due at order of $125 with the balanced charged before delivery. Rugs were delivered rolled and wrapped in paper (not placed), but owner was not home to direct placement. We would use this company again; however, if rugs are stained, damaged or have pet damage, it’s likely cheaper to replace the rug.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! From my inquiry initial call through to my clean rug returning home, everyone I talked to was professional and helpful. I really appreciated that they moved furniture and did it so carefully. They even reassembled the tricky Ruggable system. Making sure I was pleased seemed like a priority. My rug was so clean! The time to get my rug cleaned and back in place was quicker than I expected.

I am extremely pleased with the service. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Every person that I had contact with, whether in person or by telephone was very professional and also very friendly and personable. The rugs came back beautifully and looked like new even though they are 20 year old rugs. They came back with new pads which were thicker and softer than our previous pads. They also cleaned our wall to wall carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and it looks better than ever before. I already referred my neighbors and daughter.

Had 3 handmade Persian rugs cleaned and repaired and I could not have been happier… from the service on pickup and delivery which cost nothing by the way to the quality of the repair work everything and everyone was amazing. Highly recommended company!!!

I am very pleased with the excellent job and service Hadeed-Mercer Rug Cleaners did on our two rugs. The larger wool Chinese rug from our dining room had pet accident stains and uneven coloring, most likely due to the light that comes into the room. However, when it came back there was no evidence of either. It was like new - and it is 30 years old! The smaller oriental is just lovely, even and clean. We are very happy with your service, and when needed we certainly will use Hadeed-Mercer again. Thank you. (Prices below include picking up from ~ 65 miles.)
