Hager Fox Heating & Air Conditioning

I was babysitting my old home heating system for months. Afraid of the cost , I contacted Hager Fox for an estimate. Doug put together a three option quote(very competitive) I accepted one. Asked for the soonest install date, he had a team scheduled for the next day! Good thing because mine went out that night. Eric Mitsoka and his crew got here at 8;00 am started working. I asked questions as they worked and they took the time to explain step by step , while they worked. Thank you for putting up with my inquisitive mind! The job we as done in about six hours. They took the time to leave things cleaner than had my utility room. Highly recommend Eric and Hager Fox. Thank you!

Always excellent service. We have them come out regularly to do our annual tune-ups plus anytime the old system needed maintenance. They've always been wonderful. Enough so that when we decided to replace the whole system we chose them for that, too! Angelo came out this most recent time for a furnace tune up. He was friendly, polite knowledgeable and professional, as every Hager Fox tech has been. Just a great experience all around.

Our furnace quit working in the night. We called Hager Fox this morning and they were able to come out this afternoon. The lady that answered asked the questions needed to narrow down the possibilities of what might be wrong. Turns out the fan was broken and needed replacing. Also was time for a new filter. We were given a 3 hour window of time for the technician, Ben, to be here. He kept us informed and even sent a picture as verification. Ben was very knowledgeable and personable. Ben completed the repair in a timely fashion. Reasonable cost for the filter. The fan was under warranty. Great folks to work with if you ever need a furnace or repair!!

Adam came out to service our furnace. He was very polite, text to let us know he was headed our way, and showed up when he said he would. Adam was knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to get everything cleaned up and schedule a repair call for the same day! Thank you for the great service Adam! We will definitely use HF again.

Larry Neuman and Avery did an excellent job servicing our furnace. Both were very professional and took the time and care needed to make sure everything was working properly. They also explained clearly what they did to fix the problem, which I really appreciated. Larry was especially great at encouraging Avery, offering kind words and reinforcing her confidence as she completed each task. It was wonderful to see such teamwork and mentorship in action.
