I purchased lumber from Hagle Lumber Company for stair treads, clearly explaining our immediate interior use and need for dry material. The wood was excessively wet, causing severe cracking and warping that made the majority of it unusable. When I requested a partial refund for the unused portions, their staff was rude and dismissive, refusing any resolution. Poor product knowledge and abysmal customer service. Avoid this place and shop elsewhere.

Ordered some materials to make a patio cover, I emailed Hagle the list, the send back a quote within an hr, I paid over the phone and received the materials 2 days later. A few of the boards were a little dinged up, the driver took them back and brought me replacements right away. Great costumer service, good prices and fast delivery.

I ordered lumber for a patio cover and paid $70 to have it delivered (10 minutes from the yard). They told me it would be there before 1130 two days in a row, and they missed their delivery window by two or three hours both days. I ended up canceling my order and purchasing from the Lowe's in Newbury Park, which ended up being like 15% cheaper, and they delivered when they said they would.
