The fulfillment and installation of four windows spanned a period of four months. This extended timeline was primarily due to inaccuracies in the initial on-site measurements, resulting in significant delays, extensive follow-up communications, and complexities in coordinating the installation once the correctly sized windows became available. I have not previously encountered a window company that mismeasures windows during the initial assessment. This should have been an early indicator that the process would not be seamless. Furthermore, attempts to resolve a separate issue regarding a leaking window received an unsatisfactory response. Concerns also arose regarding the responsiveness of customer service and the misplacement of a payment check, which unfortunately amplified the overall

I have had not one, but (3) great experiences with Jason & Adam here. Wow! Professional, knowledgeable, and just all around great to do business with. No gimmicks, just down to earth people. I purchased Milgard Tuscany Windows and couldn't be happier. I must say, as a business owner myself, I am critical of other businesses, and these guys deliver all the right ingredients. A+ Highly recommend the company and Jason & Adam! Thank you!

After looking all over Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura.....we finally called Ron's glass... The person who answered the phone was very nice and eager to help our last minute situation. We needed glass to put in the frame of 2 windows that needed to be ready for the walk thru at 5. We arrived at Ron's 3:45 they actually had it ready and the price was excellent! It cost less then half as much compared to the other 10 places we called. We made it to the job and everybody was relieved and happy, especially me, I was the driver driving all over the place. There's a magnificent, huge, old, oak tree in the front of the shop in Somis, call Ron first!! 😉😇😎👍

Called them for a quote on a screen door repair. I brought the door to them and they were done in 15 minuets and charged a decent price. Thank you.

DISAPPOINTED- I paid top dollar because I was “promised” delivery and installation by a certain date. The shower enclosure was received within 2 days at Ron’s Glass and then installation became a problem. For 3 days I received a “promise” and each day a different excuse. It became apparent they do not have adequate staff to complete installations. My timeline was not met which became expensive to me. I then was double billed and was told a check would be mailed. After 2 more weeks I went to their office to pick up check. Very poor customer relations and inadequate staff. Never again!
