He explained everything patiently, answered all my questions fully and without a doubt, I would trust Colin and this company to clean your rugs. We took 7 or so of our area rugs to be cleaned, and each one--without exception--came back beautifully. This is a great rug cleaning service, with great customer service, and with a price to go with it....I wouldn't go any where else.

I had two of my oriental carpets cleaned and repaired. They did an excellent job. Next week I will have them clean and repair an 8 foot runner and have two others cleaned. I am so glad that I found your establishment
