Hague Water Conditioning of West Liberty

I’ve used Hague in the past (for 20 years) on a softener for an apartment I owned and it work flawlessly. I recently had them back for out boarding and grooming business. They came out tested my water and make a couple recommendations on a unit to replace the piece of junk I bought from Lowes only three years ago. Brian installed it and walked me through the settings. Very happy with my service, communication and price. The softener works great and will suit our needs even as we grow. If you’re looking for boarding and grooming give us a call. Don’t recommend. Got a system installed by them. Warranties they tell you about don’t cover hardly anything.. our system might be two years old. Also, the installer did not hook up the drain correctly. It drains right onto the floor and now twice it’s got backed up and filled out bathroom with water. Go somewhere else.

I was very please with everything the company offered and provided. The receptionist was very polite and listened to my concerns. The gentleman came to my house and tested my water and explained the issues and what best unit would suit for my family household size. The very next day they came out with a new unit installed and removed the old unit. The installation did not take long (1.5hr I think). He took the time to explain the set up and what best salt to use as well. Thanks to them I now have soft water! The unit is not huge and doesn't take up much space in my opinion. Overall my experience was FANTASTIC! Everyone did a great job and very friendly, professional staff.
