From beginning to finish. Exceptional experience! From the start with Eric in the sales room - Lyman measured and provided expert suggestions- George provided the estimate and we were ready to roll! Jessie the installer- awesome! We had some LVP, carpet and linoleum installed. Mary and I highly recommend The family owned Flooring Gallery.

The Flooring Gallery was great to work from spending time in the show room to the final installation of new carpeting in our upstairs bedrooms. They have now installed all of the flooring in our home - laminate in 2021 and carpet in 2025

We’re a couple of months late posting our review (our carpet and flooring was installed mid September) but wanted to be sure to share our phenomenal experience with The Flooring Gallery. Everyone at the store that we worked with amazing! And Jessie, our very talented installer, was superb!! Their customer service is incredible!! Can’t beat their selection, honesty, value, communication and commitment to their customers! We’ll definitely be back next year for the second part of our project!

I have been a long time customer. Back in 2003 I got linoleum put down in my kitchen and dining room. It still looks as good today as when they installed it. Had a couple pieces left and they just came back and installed it in my front entry way. Also a few years ago I had them install carpet in my bedroom, office and 2 closets. This is the place to go if you are in need of any type of flooring. They are really a great business and very easy to work with.

The Floor Gallery put in our new kitchen floor. Dylan Lucas was very professional and knowledgeable of his profession. He did a great job in one day. He took out the old floor, move appliances and cleaned up after himself. Great job!
