Hail Experts takes care of every detail, big and small, from the actual construction to dealing with your insurance. My insurance company was less than eager or prompt to provide payment after approving our project. Dan did an exceptional job of facilitating things with my insurance and I can’t recommend him and Hail Experts enough! 10/10 with quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and follow through. Our roof looks terrific!

Adam Ekstrom is by far the most valuable accounts manager at Hail Experts Inc. He's human and not patronizing in any way, AND he treats people with respect and care. He helped me with Insurance and payment plan options for my deductible and answered every darn question I could imagine in a way that helped me understand the process. I had Hail Experts Inc. replace my roof, gutters and facia last summer. Scott did a great job explaining the process, everything he predicted would be covered by insurance was and when the crew came they were very nice and worked at am amazing pace. My roof is large and they did the roof and my shed all in one day. I'll use them again if another nasty storm comes through and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need.

This contractor was professional & very easy to work with. It was my first roofing replacement so they help guide me through the entire process with 0 issues. My insurance company's auditor was a liar and tried to tell me my roof was ok on the phone but this contractor helped point my damages, it saved my claim. Thanks. The crews were awesome and did a great job with My sidings and my roof. They used proper disposal dump rig, didn't hurt my wife's plants and gardens. after everything was done they even did multiple courtesy checks for dangerous nails and such. I have kids so it was great. I recommend this company to anyone. Bryant was a great guy & helped with everything from step 1 to end. I'm completely satisfied with my new roof , sidings and the kind courteous service they gave me.
