St. Marie Sheet Metal is so helpful and responsive. They are phenomenal problem solvers and will probably have multiple ways to take care of you. A different "premium" company quoted me a ridiculous price in regards to my A/C. I called SMSM immediately, and they came out the next day. They informed me of a warranty service typically registered through the builder, but the builder never registered it. SMSM did the legwork on getting it registered and immediately replaced. I'm confident that no other business would have been able to solve this problem in such an efficient and timely manner. They have become the de facto solution for any of my future HVAC needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

St. Marie was wonderful! I was unable to get help from 2 other companies with a problem with my mini splits. I was referred to St. Marie and their techs were at my house the same day and solved the problem! The techs were fantastic, friendly, and thorough and Kristi was the best! St. Marie is an honest and reputable company for residential HVAC installs. When I requested a quotation, Paul was very responsive quoted within just a couple of days. His pricing was honest and upfront and when compared to other installers it was significantly lower. He did not highball and I didn’t need to waste any time haggling. They install Goodman equipment (lesser known brand), but Goodman seems to be just as high quality as the big names. The installers were on time, very polite, and friendly. When I asked questions and checked in on them they weren’t the slightest bit offended and were happy to talk with me. They also put down runners so they didn’t mess up my carpets and they even cleaned up their entire mess in the installation area. They were also very quick, replacing

We had a great experience with Paul and crew! We were able to have a new furnace, air conditioning unit, and custom hvac runs installed. The process was seamless, and everyone was professional, including cleaning up after themselves and being responsive. Would recommend!

Great experience working with them. Keith was very knowledgeable and personable. An excellent place to go for someone with a small project and will not be charged a ridiculous amount like some other shops I called.f I just needed a couple pieces to use as deck flashing that I could not find exactly what I wanted at a big box store, so decided to have them made from a local sheet metal fabricator, like St. Marie. I just explained what I wanted over the phone and Keith knew exactly what I needed and how to make it. I picked it up and was perfect. He was also willing to meet me at the shop if it was not staffed at the time. I normally do not write many reviews, but would like to see good smaller businesses like St. Marie's continue on.
