Steve at Hail or High Water was exceptional when it came to communication and meeting our expectations. Getting a new roof because of wind damage was a stress free experience in all respects. From dealing with the insurance company to selecting the roofing to scheduling and completing the installation, every step was done with the utmost professionalism. If you use this company I'm sure you will be just as pleased as we were. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose.

It was past time for us to get a new roof & gutters. So when it came time to hire someone, I wasn’t sure where to start. Googled roofers but that was mostly a dead end. Asked a neighbor who did hers & she said Lowe’s. So I went to Lowe’s. Red flags started to rise so I went on Google again & saw Hair or High Water & read the reviews. The day came for consultation & thank goodness Steve with HHW came 1st! Long story short, it was the easiest decision for hiring a company I’ve ever had to make. Everything went great, all but one tiny bit of a hiccup. It had poured the rain the night before & as they protected everything around our home, the workers left a muddy mess beside the house with wheel barrels & foot traffic.
