The person I spoke to when I called was very nice. My appointment was scheduled for a Monday afternoon. She called me the Friday prior to that to confirm the appointment. They showed up when they were supposed to & I thought that their pricing was reasonable.

Edited to add: After posting a negative review they canceled my MAYBE appointment for later today due to my review (they stated in the conversation thats why). The most unprofessional company I've dealt with in a long time. We are very understanding people that things happen and we view this experience as this company not holding up their promise to customers repeatedly. They missed or changed multiple appointments. We were already looking for a different company to come because I'm sure they would have been here sooner than Hainan would at this rate. I dont recommend. Extremely unprofessional company. They respond better to google reviews than they do actual scheduled customers. And if you give honest feedback that may be negative they will call and cancel your “appointment” (appointment is a loose term because they don’t show up when they are supposed to or at all for that matter). Save your time and aggravation and call ANYONE else.

We booked them for a birthday party. Everything was fast and efficent. The driver was on time and he was very professional with our property. Highly recommend.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I need to warn others. We have a long driveway. It's a half mile. But I explained this to the operator who was very nice. I told her 4x that it is uphill, half mile but that we've had multiple tri axles up here to bring propane, oil and gravel. Plus my husband just brought a 34ft trailer up. They said no problem and they would call 30 min before they come. Fast forward to today. No call 30 min before, but ok it happens. Then he stops at the neighbors at the bottom, I was following him so I walked up to his window and said hey you're looking for my house. It's up the hill a bit. He rolled his eyes, shook his head and made a disgusted noise. Then he drives up slowly and gets stuck on the one big turn on the driveway. Drifts back and tries again twice to no
