I'm a first time buyer of electric netting fence, and I was rather frustrated by the lack of help available at the (big box) farm stores near me. They stocked practically nothing locally and their staff didn't know anything about the products. They certainly weren't any help. I called today for an emergency farm order. I can't speak highly enough of the Kencove representative I spoke with, Kimberly G in the Pennsylvania office. I have an account with Kencove, but had specific questions. Kim answered the call on the first ring, offered to enter the order for me and even had it shipped overnight from their facility in Idaho. She is a real asset to their business and my compliments to Kencove for their complete line of farming products and having a staff of competent representatives that are readily available to advise their customers.
