Mike and his crew spent 11 hours installing my boiler/tankless water heater combo and went above and beyond, fantastic job

Arrived on time, polite and answered my questions. Completed the service in a timely manner. Showed me the issue that was found and what the cost would be to replace it. Technician was able to replace the part that was worn on our furnace and gave me an estimate on a new water heater.Overall satisfied with the service. 🙂

Less than impressive service. I received a diagnosis/guess from a technician for an exorbitant price. When we pay for professionals we should get accurate information not broad generalizations. When I called the company to inform them, they had no interest in increasing the quality of their service and seamed annoyed I held them to the standard their website and marketing conveys.

Adam came looked at our furnace refused to fix it and left after unplugging wires and the whole unit while a snow storm is happening. i will not be using them ever again if thats how they treat Disabled Veterans.

Lucas was great. He explained everything very well, did a great job and was pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend Haining.
