The guys were absolutely amazing! Friendly, funny, professional, & informative! Even took the time to explain the systems and how they work and every component to my very interested son, also provided resources if HVAC is something he wanted to do when he’s older, and they set up at the schools to talk about that career! Absolutely awesome! They’re welcome back anytime! Halco even provided me two loaner heaters until my combo boiler unit was scheduled to be replaced! Thanks, Halco for the great service!

GREAT experience with Halco. We were in quite a bind on Christmas Eve, needed new furnace. Tech was soooo nice and helpful very empathetic when delivering the bad news that we would not be safe to use the furnace while we wait for new one. Then auditor was quickly sent to make sure we were getting the correct heater for our size home. Response time and communication was EXCELLENT! Had our quote and 3 days later two amazing installers were here to install. Said usually around 8 hour install, but ended up 6 because everything went super smooth. Very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and interested in any question I had. Quick, clean, friendly, communicative, price was competitive. RECOMMEND 10 out of 10 EVERY time!!! They were polite and on time. Completed the work in a timely manner. They spray foamed the basement joists and down the walls four feet. The only issue I had is the foam line was not in a straight line.

Dear Halco, I contacted your office to have someone install grab bars in my shower. Audrey, who answered the phone, scheduled an appointment to have a plumber come to my home in two days. Mike arrived on time as scheduled. He introduced himself and asked me exactly what I wanted done. I informed him where and how I wanted the grab bars installed. I was very adamant as to their location and that they were both to be installed at the same height. He offered his recommendations but stated I would make the final decision. Just had Trevor from Halco perform an energy audit on my father's home. He was punctual , polite and very knowledgeable. There is a good availability of assistance from NYSERDA for low income home owners to improve the efficiency and comfort of their homes. Update: on 5/22/2025 The Halco crew of Ryan and Jimmy worked with NYSGE and the local inspector to update the antiquated electrical service in my 98 year old father's home. They arrived on time and the whole process was very well coordinated. The inspector even commented that Halco does nice work. The system was grounded to the water main even though that was not required with the new earth grounding rods that were installed. They marked circuits and cleaned up very well.
