We needed a water mitigation solution for our new shed that was surrounded by water each year in the spring. Rock Solid met with us and proposed a plan to install a perforated pipe encircling the shed to capture the water, then move it away from the shed. The work was scheduled and on work day #1 the crew of three (Cory, Thor, Alex) showed up as scheduled to start the project. The work they proceeded to complete was highly professional and of superior quality. Communication between us, the working crew, and Rock Solid about the job was responsive and detailed. Had a horse pass away on a Saturday morning. Guys at Rock Solid were able to swing by in the afternoon after finishing another job and help with the burial. Very quick, efficient and helped to make a difficult situation a lot easier. Definitely above and beyond! They have done work on our property before, and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Worst company to deal with... Can't understand other reviews, unless they are their friends and family trying to help them. A year and a half after they worked here, we have cracks all over the stamped concrete. They jacked up the pricing multiple times, until I finally had to tell them to not return to our property. Can't get anyone to finish the fireplace with the burner kit... as the fireplace has issues (Rock Solid kept our burner kit hostage, as they tried to jack up the price more. As it was we paid over $19,000 for a fireplace that was quoted just over 12,000). I recommend not using these guys.

We just built a new home and we were a little overwhelmed with what to do in regards to sidewalks and patios. Rock solid came and discussed a plan for us and all I could say is we were so happy that we found them. They put in large retaining wall, front sidewalk, steps to a lower patio with stamped concrete on the patio. They did an absolutely wonderful job. Every worker that came to our house was hard-working, kind, and very respectful. Brad did a lot of the design of the patio. I could tell that he takes much pride in what he does. Alan, Adam, Colton, Cole, and Derek are just as hard-working. People are very quick to condemn something when they’re not happy. They’re not always as quick to commend a job well done.
