We just had a great experience redoing our floors with Hale’s. The main floor of our new house was a combination of hardwood, tile, and carpet and we wanted to replace everything with new hardwood before moving in. We had previously gotten a quote from another company but felt like they weren’t really listening to what we wanted and that we were being pressured into going with a type of flooring that we didn’t really like. Howard spent a lot of time reviewing the different options with us and giving recommendations for what he thought would work best - we have 3 big dogs, so we wanted something that can take a beating - but wasn’t pushy at all. His pricing was fair and transparent, and he even suggested ways that we could lower the cost by doing some of the prep work ourselves. He went out
