Aaron was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable throughout his visit. he took the time to thoroughly explain how our unit works, ensuring we understood every aspect of its operation. his attention to detail was evident when he quickly identified that the unit wasn’t heating the house properly. instead of simply noting the issue, he assured us that he would promptly report it to his supervisor so it could be addressed. Kevin did an excellent job. Arriving promptly on time, confirming the job that is being done and keeping me posted on progress. Cleaned up the areas after everything was completed and walked me through for a final inspection. 3 new ceiling can lights in the basement plus a new dedicated switch. Also, one new shower recess light. Quick and professional installation. Would definitely recommend and hire Kevin again.

Dustin and Kaydin were fantastic! Our oven was difficult/a bit unconventional to access, but they handled it without hesitation. They were professional, efficient, and had it fixed in no time. They truly went above and beyond, and we really appreciated their positive attitude and problem-solving. Highly recommend!

Nik was great! He explained to me what was going on with my hot water heater and he made me feel 1,000 percent confident in my decision to make Haley Mechanical my Go To place for all things plumbing, heating and cooling. Nik was SUPER nice and professional and very patient answering all of my questions. UPDATE Feb 5, 2026. Nik installed my new hot water heater today, and I am giving him a 20 star rating of excellence. Nik did a FABULOUS job, and I feel he went above and beyond. He filled a hole in the wall by my venting pipe. Unknown to me, the gas pipe was very loose and he fixed that up with new coupling and shut off valve. I am SO GLAD to have found this company, and Nik is The Most Awesome competent plumber and just a really nice person as well as he patiently again answered any

Great service, and timely response. Keith ended up having the necessary part, and instead of rescheduling next week he came over and promptly replaced our boiler motor. Definitely recommend them.
