We’d like to commend the leadership and workmanship that Dave Pitsker (Installation Crew Lead) exhibited throughout the entire installation process of our replacement French Doors back in SEP 2025. Dave ensured that he and his two assistants worked cleanly, diligently and competently, and it was quite obvious that he is very thorough with his craft, having a keen eye and attention to detail. He and his crew were very respectful of our home, and thanks to his obvious experience and judgment, our doors work flawlessly … open & close smoothly, quietly, and snugly. We can genuinely attest that Dave Pitsker is truly professional, pleasant, and proficient … he is an excellent ambassador for Hall’s Window Center. We highly recommend Hall’s for their excellent service and product selection. T

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner of this company operates in a way that includes no process for helping ensure that customers desired product is what they want. We are SO unsatisfied in working with Hall's and I DO not recommend them. Not only did we pay a premium price, we did not receive the product or service we wanted with our doors. They refused to do anything to help us resolve this issue and we now have to work with the manufacturer directly. Please save yourselves the time and money and use any other door company if you want to avoid the headaches we are dealing with in our remodel. So frustrated.

We had our windows and doors replaced by Hall’s Window Center last year. Wow! What an amazing company. They helped us pick the correct window for our mid century modern home. They were able to perform a new construction installation. They even helped with repairing the stucco! They installed new interior casing and did the painting. Great company. Highly recommend.

The guys replaced two windows at my house and did a great job. They were professional, clean, and well organized. One of the window frames had some dry rot, but it didn’t slow them down — they explained the issue and fixed it on the spot. Thanks, Capital Glazing!

From the initial price quote, to the installation, to the follow up service, the entire project was marred by miscommunication, mistakes, delays, a damaged window installed and so on, and on. I would not shop here, or buy from them again.
