They handled the installation of our new AC and furnace and did an amazing job from start to finish. Steve, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. What a time for my furnace to need repair - the Friday after Thanksgiving. Halo promptly sent two servicemen within two hours. Chernet and Drew assessed the problem quickly. They were polite, professional, and very efficient. Chernet communicated with me throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress of obtaining a part from a supplier who was closed for the holiday. Drew arrived late afternoon and quickly installed the part and gave my furnace a quick cleaning of some key parts. Drew is very personable and told me tips on maintaining the furnace and about Halo's bi-annual maintenance plan.
