There was some miscommunication to begin with, and I was frustrated and upset. I called the company, and Benjamin, the owner, called me back right away. He was very open to doing whatever I felt was necessary. He even sent the person who sprayed my property over again and offered to respray if I wanted. He was so interested in making certain I was happy with the service. I’m not sure a lot of companies would do that. Therefore, I give them a 5 star rating for customer service.

McKenzie (in the office) and Benjamin (in the field) are fantastic. They have awesome communications, which is very rare for lawn care businesses. Benjamin was on time, worked hard, and did a great job. They were also able to get out to my place within a couple of days, which is very fast compared to their competitors. Very impressed with them so far and plan on doing a lot more business with them.

For years we have done our own lawn care. Last year we had serious issues with dead and yellowing patches in our turf. We contacted CSU extension but they were not able to diagnose the problem. We contacted LawnTender and Benjamin proposed a remedy of over-seeding, fertilization, insecticide, and a precise watering schedule. I could have given them a 5 star review in the Spring based on excellent communications and always showing up on time. I waited to the end of summer to write a review to see what the actual results of their program were, and could not be more pleased. Our lawn looks great! Highly recommended.

I recommend LT for your lawn maintenance. They are knowledgeable and friendly to work with. My lawn is a mess and they have planned a recovery plan that, I am sure, will bring it back.

LawnTender is my "go-to" place for getting my lawn aerations done. Period. They are professional, friendly, honest, priced fairly, and do the job with exceptional quality. They did it again for me today and I am once again impressed with the quality of the work they do.
