If he breaks something, he will let you know but he won’t replace the item. He broke my electric blower. He bragged about getting a good discount on my heat pump but refused to drop my cost.

Jeff was awesome! Came in and assessed the situation and gave us a time he'd be back! Even came back to the house after he left to check out a question I had. Super nice and down to earth. Highly recommend!

Took week for him to come out then ordered part for outside unit and we were told 2 weeks for part to come in. Called several time to check on part not getting a call back. When we finally got a call back he said he was unable to fix the unit . So now here we are ...Part ordered but in Beckley, NO REPAIR MAN, NO ONE TO FIX UNIT!
