Clean, safe, well lit, ample parking spot for my subaru forester. It’s in the perfect spot to Forrest Theatre. Two blocks away. Will park here again and again. Pay on line and get the QR code it’s so easy to get in and out with.

DO NOT PARK AT THIS GARAGE!! There are NO staff present at this garage. TWICE in the last 30 days the bar has not gone up at exit. The first time-it took about 25 mins for customer service to rectify the issue (which was on their end). Tonight-same problem-but THIS time-no one was answering the customer service number. I call 15 times in 5 mins. Me and a girl in the second exit lane were stuck (we both had monthly subscriptions for $300). I called 911-they couldn’t hear me bc the garage is underground. Sitting there stuck after a Monday work shift!! Scanner wouldn’t work. Customer service not answering. No one responding to Help button. After multiple attempts-the scanner finally recognized my credit card-and charged me $45 to get out. The other girl was still stuck when I left. Again-ther

We thought we really got lucky when we chanced upon this garage. It was clean, there was a lot of space, and it was up there compared to the other garages in the area. Pricey, but well worth it. We came back later in the day to park again. When we got there, the box kept saying they were out of tickets so we called them and someone picked up. I explained that we want to park but the box was out of tickets. She said “one moment please”. We waited for a couple of minutes but no one showed up to let us in/help us. It was such a shame. I know it was 10pm on a Friday night, but they claim to be open 24 hours. We tried calling again but it seems like the lady picked up and just left the phone out so no calls can go through.

2 level garage is on the smaller side, but very clean and organized. no cashier at exit so need to take your ticket and pay at the elevator before leaving. the prices have increased from last year, took this photo today

So many terrible experiences as someone who parked here for > 1 year. I had numerous times where the gate exit didn't work, and I have to call the help button- the callbox has terrible sound transmission so you cam barely understand what the staff is saying, in addition to the answering staff who are consistently rude and condescending. One time I literally waited 25 minutes waiting for someone to come down from somewhere to fix the gate so i can leave (and made me late for work). Monthly parking with hour limits is what I have. Per policy hospital holidays are free, but each time I had to again call for help because the scan doesn't acknowledge / know holiday exceptions. How hard is it to program that in? Also for my limited-hour parking (supposed to be out by 9am), the staff won't give
