Our existing septic company was booking months out despite us being on “schedule” for routine pumping. The customer service at Hamm was so polite and understanding of the urgency of needing our septic pumped as soon as possible, and they made it happen in less than two weeks. Shaun was in and out quick, as well as took payment for services at time of completion so you don’t forget about an invoice in your email. We will be using them again in two years for sure!!
