Once we agreed to the project and paid our deposit, we received a date for the work to be done. On the arranged day, Emilio and his wife arrived right on time and got to work immediately. This family owned company is amazing! My phone call was returned in a few hours. Emilio came the next day and told me what needed to be done to stop the water coming out from the cracks in the cellar floor and more small leaks from one wall. I dreaded rainstorms. Emilio did the work a few days later and did a fantastic job. He and his crew were polite, quiet and neat. I had called other companies but their estimates were unreal. Trust me. I met Emilo and Yari last year after interviewing 5 other basement specialists. All of them were not my cup of tea. And their pricing and recommendations were way too expensive. I actually felt other companies were only looking to take money. I was at my wits end. Finally......Hammer Basement was my last and final interview and I guess God saved the BEST for last. This small family owned business was and is the best in my opinion. Emilo and his wife worked very had to be where they are today and it shows. I needed a new sump pump and new dehumidifier which Emilio was putting in my utility area, not only did he have to dig, pour concrete, replace piping and he made the utility area just spectacular with two vents. None of the other companies even thought of making what Emilo and his
