Josh came to fix my furnace today. This has been an on going issue and I had been using another technician. I decided to call JT. He was professional, came on the same day I called and he figured out what was wrong immediately. I now have a company I can trust and use in the future. I highly recommend Josh. Josh and his team were incredible! They installed ductless mini splits and were very professional. They installed the unit in one day. Josh was very professional and available throughout the whole process even after it was installed he helped with the MassSave rebate program application. Had a great experience with JTComforts. Josh was super helpful right from the start — he talked me through some furnace issues over the phone and helped narrow things down before even coming out.
