Robert and Crystal were very professional, very quick and did a great job. My dog had been sick all over the living room carpet. After Robert was done the carpet looks brand new. My only complaint was the price. I was quoted 75 but the charge was 189. Robert was able to get me a discount to 139 but I was quoted 75. So not happy with that. But happy with the service.

My first time using Hammond and I must say that Robert is prompt, professional and very polite. My cushions look great again!

We've had some construction recently and the whole house has been dusty. I've been wanting to get the bedroom Carpets cleaned for so long and it worked out to be the perfect time. Previous owners had a dog and we have a dog so it feels very clean and light to get dust, dander, fur, and hair cleaned from the Carpets! It will help w allergies too. Robert and Eric were very nice and profrssional. One note for folks using, put a buffer between your door frame and yhe cleaning equipment/hoses. The rubbing and friction could leave marks.

Hammond’s customer service is outstanding. Robert went out of his way to add our job to his schedule, and returned the rugs earlier than expected. Always a pleasure doing business with them!
