We are extremely pleased with Elias Mays from Hammond Services, we have been looking into upgrading our hot water heater for several weeks and after meeting with Elias we made the decision to have Hammond Services upgrade our existing hot water to an impressive 100 gallon on demand Essency system, a truely remarkable unit. Elias explained what would meet our needs and to our surprise once we said yes, he started installing our new system and within 4 hours completed the upgrade and taught us everything we needed to know.
