Hamptons Pool Company is by far the best pool company in the Hamptons that I've ever used. Their staff was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive, even on weekends. They serviced my pool in Hampton Bays-Flanders for 2025 reliably, which is more than I can say for some other pool companies I've used. Thir pool cleaners were prompt and spoke English. Their service staff was timely, responsible and helpful. They repaired my pool heater, serviced and maintained my pool year-round, and were always professional, courteous and respectful. Great pool company overall!

We hired Hamptons Pool Design last fall to renovate our swimming pool, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, Ken was easy to work with, responsive, and genuinely polite. He got back to us quickly whenever we had questions and took the time to explain options without making anything feel rushed or confusing. The renovation itself went smoothly. I recently finished a full information pool project at my summer home in East Quogue, and I wanted to share my experience working with the pool company that handled it. I've been using Hampton Bays Pool Company to service my in-ground pool in Hampton Bays for two years now. Great Pool Company. Great people. Reasonable price, reliable service, very helpful and accommodating. I'm gonna use them again in the spring to for my pool opening. Would recommend to anybody with a pool in the Hamptons that needs regular pool maintenance.
