Beware of who you hire, even when they are pleasant and nice at first. That's just part of their sale tactics. Do your due diligence and check references and reviews, especially the negative ones. Let me start off by saying, our preference is to not give a star. However, we’ll settle for the one so that we can post our review. It’s been 2 years and we are still waiting for them to follow through and stop with the empty promises. They installed a wooden fence for us on 08/14/2023. After a few months, the wood purchased and installed by them, started to leak a yellow and black sap. After reaching out to them several times, the installer finally showed up on 02/16/2024. We had a very large board on board fence installed around our backyard in June 2024. In August 2024, we notified Mr. Hamrick of multiple issues occurring with the fence, including gaps on almost every panel, several leaning posts, and nails sticking out everywhere (just to name a few). After multiple no calls/no shows and being pushed to voicemail on several occasions, Mr. Hamrick finally came to our home with one of his employees. He walked the fence and told his employee that the fence should look like he (Mr. Hamrick) would have installed it. Mr. Hamrick promised that the employee would come and work a full day to repair. Again, after no calls/no shows, the employee finally came, left after a couple of hours, and we have not seen them since. After more attempts to contact Mr. Hamrick,

Almost 6 months after my fence was installed, I noticed that certain parts of the fence were not mounted properly. Also, the fence was falling apart (check out the videos). I called Mr. Hamrick about this and he told me his brother will come over and fix the fence. This was in mid November. He did not show up on the date we agreed on. After several calls to Mr. Hamrick about the fence and multiple excuses… Well, attached is my discussion with Mr. Hamrick. Mr. Hamrick is more than professional. He went above and beyond to keep me informed of everything. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends. There is no doubt that I would use his services again. If you are in need of an excellent fence company, "Hamrick Fence" will take good care of you.

What I appreciated about Hamrick Fence Company was how Russel took the time to explain the process and the different fencing materials. He was upfront on when they could start the work. I have a very big yard and they installed a wooden fence on two sides and a black chain link on the very back of the property. They were extremely efficient, professional, friendly and neat. Shout out to Brandon for doing such a great job!
