They took the time to inspect everything carefully and then clearly explained our options, recommending the service level that would be best for our system. No pressure, just honest guidance. We love the options available through their service club. It gives us peace of mind knowing our system is being well cared for. We’re grateful for their professionalism and are looking forward to having them back in the fall to check on our heat. Highly recommend!

They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient throughout the whole process. Hamstra just replaced our HVAC and we couldn't be happier. While my husband dealt with the whole process from sales to installation to further fine-tuning, he said everyone was super friendly and professional. David and Andrew came out today to make sure we had proper air-flow (we have complicated duct work), and I could see they were committed to getting the job done right. We're definitely happy we went with Hamstra and would recommend them to anyone.
