Hamtramck HVAC Supply

Sold me a part (draft inducer) that is not compatible with my furnace. After determining it wasn't compatible (size and function) I reviewed with the part manufacture and they confirmed it was not the right inducer for my furnace. I attempted to return but was told that visual inspection by Hamtramck HVAC Supply staff indicated it matched. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have a part now I can't use and was required to spend more than 4x to get it replaced for the correct component. Don't trust their part lookup, or advise, they sold me an inducer motor for a different furnace and wouldn't even admit to making the mistake.

I never write reviews but this place deserves it! This place literally has all your HVAC needs… everyone is nice, friendly, and very helpful. Abdullah is GREAT… shoutout to him!
