SS Plumbing and Hardware

I stopped in looking for the bolts and gasket hardware that connect a toilet tank to the bowl, and I even showed a photo to help explain what I needed. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me wasn’t familiar with the part and had to call someone else to ask what it was and where it was located in the store. I'm not even a plumber nor a handy person, but for a plumbing supply store, I was surprised by the lack of extremely basic plumbing knowledge. It’s not often that I leave negative reviews for small businesses, and I do plan to return and give them another chance, hopefully with the opportunity to update this rating.

SS Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing supply store around! They truly have everything you can think of, and in every style imaginable — no matter what look or setup you’re going for, they have options. Their prices are the cheapest, yet the quality of their products is excellent, which is hard to find these days. What really stood out was the customer service. Sabik at the store was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed while giving me the best customer service throughout my visit. I had a great experience at SS Plumbing Supply. It’s a new store, but the service is outstanding. I bought some plumbing supplies, and when I was done, the owner was kind enough to give me some hardware for free. I also needed a key made for my new house, and he did it completely free of charge. Amazing customer service, very helpful, and generous. Thank you, SS Plumbing Supply. I highly recommend everyone to stop by and support this business.

This review is being written by Andre Davis, I went to this plumbing supply place yesterday. From the pictures it looked fully stocked however when I get there they advised me that they just opened and they don’t have everything yet. The part I needed is a part every plumbing supply place should carry and yet this store was full of items that really no plumber can just walk into and purchase. The store was full of novelty junk. Better off going to another supplier. Don’t waste your time if you’re a contractor or plumber.
