I had 3 HVAC companies diagnose my problem AC not maintaining 75 degrees. AC evaporator and air handler is new. I was not confident any of them had the solution. They recommended a bigger unit, an attic fan ect. Randy came out and diagnosed the issue, he made sense and obviously very well trained. He Installed 2 returns, 1 supply register and replaced some old duct work. It’s works great now, price very fair, the techs very professional and no mess. I now have confidence in a HVAC company I’ve been looking for many years.

We have used Handle refrigeration for residential needs on two occasions. One was about four years ago, they replaced faulty ductwork in our attic which was previously installed by a different company. Then recently they came out to problem solve and replace the control board on our exterior unit. On both occasions, they were very professional, knowledgeable, organized and quick. We had a clogged drain line and our AC turned off and stopped working so we called Handle Refrigeration and in the matter of less than 2 hours it was fixed. Randy did a great job explaining the reason and showed best practices to upkeep the system so it happens less often. They come and service our A/C every 6 months and it’s been great. There are some big companies but I like to deal with small businesses because I feel the service is better and that’s the case with Handle Refrigeration. Highly recommend!
