Renato and his team at Hands and Art Service did an amazing job re-tiling our bathroom & shower. From the very beginning, they were professional, easy to work with, and really listened to what we envisioned. Renato has such an eye for detail and design—you can tell he treats the work like an art form. The craftsman were also super clean and quiet throughout the whole process, which made such a difference. We hardly felt like we were living through a remodel! We had a wonderful experience with Renato and his team’s demolition of an existing tub/shower and construction of a walk in shower. Renato was exceptionally helpful from the outset in listening to our ideas and guiding us through the tile selection process, even accompanying us to the store when purchasing everything. While the work was done by his team of talented staff, Renato stayed heavily engaged and ensured that all the work was done to his high standards. All work was done efficiently and on time. Of particular note is how Renato’s team diligently cleaned the area after completing the work, even wiping down the door handle as they exited the house!
