My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the service Kenny provided. Our washer stopped working and we were afraid we may have to get a new one. But we gave Kenny a call and he was the man for the job. He had great communication, explained what he was doing throughout the process and even made sure to not leave a mess. Our washer is working like brand new. Incredibly professional. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend giving him a call.

Yeah, that 5 star rating is REAL! Very professional and informative. My washing machine stopped working. He came and walked me through all the steps he was taking to diagnose the issue. When he determined the issue he gave some great advice on what I should do (which was to get a new machine). While he didn't repair it (not worth the cost vs getting a new one) he explained why. He also got the water out of my machine that had say there for 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Service call cost was not expensive either.

Mr. Kenny Smith is honest, informative, reliable, punctual, and everything about his service is positive. He fixed my dryer and told me the problem; I will call on him again if I have a problem with an appliance. Great customer service. Wish there were more like him!!!

Handy Appliance Kenny, repaired a burner in a glass cooktop electric stove. He was great. I had purchased the part I thought was needed because I get a discount since I use to work for the manufacturer. He only charged me for the service call and repair. Extremely responsible and great job!! He also wears a mask when inside your home!! Thanks Kenny!!!
