⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Maybe 10 stars would be more adequate!) Dave was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He came out and tackled a variety of projects for us across our properties, from smaller fixes to some contractor-level jobs, and every single task was handled with care and professionalism. His work was thorough, he showed up promptly, and his communication was truly top tier from start to finish. We always knew what was being done, when it would be done, and felt completely confident in the quality of his work by his honest delivery and communication. It is rare to find someone this reliable and after working with Dave, I hope I never have to call anyone else for our properties again. We will be recommending him over and over without hesitation.
