Ezra painted my condo, put in new laminate floors, re-did my cabinets and a couple of additional repairs. He is honest and his work is fantastic! I can’t say enough good about him. Ezra is one of best GC's located in Homewood, IL. He works within your budget and your needs. He goes out of the way to make sure everything is what the client wanted, before payment and he a pleasure to be around. There really should be a way to give ZERO stars since some businesses don't deserve any. Handy Jack was assigned to my Home Warranty of America service claim back in May (2022). Ezra did come on the assigned appointment date of June 7, 2022, assessed the plumbing issues, gave my sister that info, collected a check for the $100 service call fee, and that was the last time we saw him. He did cash that check though! Just about two weeks ago I was finally able to reach him and had to remind him that he was supposed to be completing plumbing work. This man went on to say he would call HWA to check on the progress of the claim and made a "promise" to get back to me. Please do not hire to paint your house. No cleaning up after themselves and don’t cover your items properly. They don’t use tape and leave corners and edges unpainted. Not professional painters!
