Idc what anyone has to say, like the people giving the negative reviews here. Mandy picked me up walking 1 night around 1:30 a.m. and gave me a ride to where I was going. I had no flashlight, phone, and was in the middle of the country. She did like I can almost guarantee none of the negative reviewers here would of done. She had been working late outta town and was on here way home from trying to finish the job. She had stopped at a gas station and bought the chicken they had left that they were about to throw away for her to eat for supper during her ride home. Not only did she give me a ride, she offered me some of what she had to eat bless her heart. I was hoping this would lead to other work for this business, as it is really hard to get people to do small repair jobs. We had some drywall that needed repair and after googling came across Handy Mandy's, not many reviews on Google, but the few they had were positive, so we took a flier. They quickly responded via the phone and came to take a look and give us an estimate. They started the job on 4-13 and said they were coming back "within a few days" to texture their work and then.... nothing. 4-21 contacted us to say they would return in a few days after getting over strep. After hearing nothing for days, I reached out on 5-2. They said they had transportation issues that should be cleared up tomorrow. As of 5-10 they had not communicated with us so I told them we were finding so

Took me a several hundred dollars. They came out to repair a dryer. Asked me to order parts and pay for them. They also asked that I pay them before the dryer was fixed. Promising to return and finish the joy. Never came back and keep the money.

Our home warranty assigned them to come out and diagnose our ac issue, submit the diagnostics to them, and then fix the issue if approved. We had to pay them a $75 service call fee, they “diagnosed” the issue, got the part, installed it and it didn’t fix it. Before the install they told me that home choice warranty wasn’t going to pay them because they didn’t have the license to be doing the repairs they’re doing! Then he asked me if we would pay for the part so they weren’t out any money. After we realized it wasn’t going to fix the issue we told them to come get the part, and not to come back. Still no response from them. Never on time, and poor communication. DO NOT USE THEM

BEWARE!!!!!!! FRAUD...... If there were a zero option that is what I would choose. These people were 4 hours late when they did show up. They took our money and disappeared before fixing anything. Our homeowners insurance has flagged their account. After collecting our portion of payment again BEFORE services were complete, they stopped all communication, suddenly their voice-mail was full and no ability to even leave a voice-mail. It's like they dripped off the face of the earth.
