Randy came to inspect my washer over a month ago. I paid him 400$ for a new part and I haven't heard from him since. I've called multiple times and left over a dozen messages. And still I have heard NOTHING from him

Called Randy and he was able to help me diagnose problem over phone, he ordered parts and wash machine all fixed. Great customer service and speedy response! Thanks so much Randy!!

Update: We called him again earlier this year and paid him $500 upfront for parts for our gas stove and we never heard back from him. Phone was disconnected…. I've never had a service company so dedicated. Randy did go above and beyond making at least 5 trips to our home. Even though the manufacturer claimed to no longer make the part we needed he still attempted to find the required part elsewhere. When even that seemed impossible he did not give up. Ultimately all his hard work paid off and he got our oven working as expected. His website says they take the job and complete it to the customers satisfaction, no matter its size, and that is 100% accurate!!

My experience with Handy Randy's Enterprises was the ONLY pleasant experience I have ever had when dealing with appliance repairmen. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. One of the few honest ones out there.
