Handyman Al

Handyman Al has done great work for us. They are courteous, responsive, and have always gotten the job done for us in a very satisfactory manner. One project was replacing a rotted out door, including all encasement. If we can’t or don’t want to do it ourselves, we will call them first.

We built our home here 9 years and had a large redwood 10x20 upper story deck and a small front porch added when we built in 2014. Last August we knew we were looking at a back-breaking task of power washing, and re-staining all that wood. Having thought about it we decided we just couldn't do that anymore. We called Handyman Al and his crew came out, discussed our need to use Trex, "want list", specifications, design preferences and came up with our quote. They explained everything to us, always had time to answer our questions and generally were great to work with. Today, employees of Handyman Al saved me again. I moved here in December, surprised to find my trailer had been damaged by water. I went around asking people who to call and one lady from another company told me about Handyman AL. She said they are great and have a variety of trained experienced men who do exceptional work. And I should call them especially when I was given the run around with other companies. I needed to open up two small bedrooms to make one larger room and Jason, a carpenter from Handyman Al, came in and worked diligently to create the place for an updated bedroom.
