Called on Tuesday September 22 to have floor and door frame work done, they put me in for an appointment for Wednesday between 9-11am. Waited until 11:15am Wednesday, no call and nobody showed up. I called the office, they said they will have their tech call me asap, I waited another 30 minutes, called the office once more and asked to reschedule if that's better. I asked to be rescheduled for Tuesday of next week. I was told "ok, we will call you Tuesday to setup an appointment.". I replied, I'd like to setup an appointment right now, not the day of. I got the same response of we will call you Tuesday. I said ok and hung up. I called the above number asking for a handyman, and got bounced around 2 different call centers who eventually put me in touch with a gutter company...worst experience ever, would not recommend!
