I did not like my window sill ledges. They needed too much attention and regular upkeep. I wanted ledge-free windows. A few "hustlers" (contractors) claimed the whole window needed to be removed in order to cut the sill ledge. Others, whined about how difficult the job would be. And their estimates were as ridiculous as their explanations. Luckily, I came across Edwin on Yelp. After I sent pictures to him, he said he could do it. Edwin came early, cut the ledge, reinforced the support, waterproofed, stuccoed and painted. Everything bends in so well. He matched the pattern of my stucco with precision. He cut 9 window sill ledges in one day and at a fair cost without whining or complaining. This one project revealed how much pride he takes in his work. I will be calling him again.

Edwin has been my go to general contractor he has done an excellent work in multiple projects from patching stucco, drywall installation and paint. Very reasonable prices and excellent work, professional and can get it done at a timely manner. Definitely recommend for any general construction services.
